After the rains

Found a bunch of the typical stuff I find around here the other day. The rains have been a blessing in more ways than one up here after last years drought.

So I have to ask what type of artifacts do you feel these are and from what period? I have been reading in the Levallois Mousterian type of artifacts I know the ones I am reading about arent in USA though, that is what they claim anyway.
