this morning after trying to trim and save what i can out of over 110 tomato plants with a severe case of the early blight, kelly and me decided to go on a walk to cool off and see what we can find since it is so depressing about the loss of 60% of the crop

we only had a half hour left before we had to go back to town
drove out in the middle of the field and we started walking
i didn't see him by me so i turned around to look for him and saw him about 10 feet from the truck on his cell phone and waving like crazy and pointing to the ground
i went over there and took this insitu and a few more
it may be a jaw notch billings made from agate or petrified wood
whatever it may be i like it

PS i did not confiscate it from him

what an incredible find! you have a great place to hunt.
 

Nice find there laying there bathing in the sun. blight bad this year 5 outta 11 tomatoes I planted got it here they still produced but little...The beefsteaks have been amazing one weighing at least 5 pounds...
 

Great point..But sorry to hear bout your maters....Mine got eaten by hornworm..So we are in sorta the same boat..lol

Nice point dont understand your field being all dirt at this time of year you not planting so you can hunt artifacts?I am waiting for the water to drop so I can hunt the river still got a couple more feet to go. :icon_sunny:
 

I have to tell you, I am so jealous!! I have looked & looked & not found anything but flakes! I know they are out there, I can hear them calling to me. You guys have such amazing finds!! thanx for sharing the pix.
