Most of these are regional / local news sources in different geography. For instance fidelity owns / owned a company that rolled up and owns all the small local town newspapers - hundreds and hundreds if them.

I think the Feds try to make sure that no one player controls all the media in any one market - anti trust regs etc. but certainly always something to keep an eye on.

Agree completely. You would also be very surprised with how few companies control all the brand products you see in the supermarket and pharmacy. This is why the stock market is a good place for people's money. Companies have a lot of power - probably more than since the robber Barron days.

and I'd trust her too it's called subliminal mind control. works on most women today also.

I personally loose respect for any news caster, even female when she calls someone Scum, who hasn't even been tried & convicted for a crime or backs the death penelty.
They are supposed to be "Fair & Unbiased"

best thing to do is either learn to read between the lines,
or avoid anything from AP news .

as far as FOX I don't like their "canned" personal attitudes.

I'd prefer to listen to news announced by a Robot with absolutely no personality, thrown in
for mind control, but till then, I record local news, and am extremely careful
what I don't fast forward through these days.

personal opinion facial attitude thrown in for measure,
that he should have a fast trial and be executed.
(I don't remember if Fox or ? news, I was scanning TV for anything other then that crap, worth watching at the time)

It's sad (and scary) that one can not find a news source that just delivers the news!! Without spin and without bias. But I guess there isn't a market for that anymore. People want constant reinforcement of the position that they already believe.

Yes That is my issue . I'd like to see a news station with No opinion, Just straight news,
let the viewer form their own opinion.
Like I also said. Would need to be a lifeless Robot voice so there is no personalities seeping in.
