these are on every marble collectors list...a crystal bell from akro agate...they closed their doors in 1951.....

That is the original basket weave pattern. Looks good, it's marked right?

not with the crow diggs ...but inside by the clapper clasp its got made in usa and mold #......hard to read the number..it very welll might be the crow...

I must admit, I had no idea Akro Agate did anything in crystal. Sucks they aren't too valuable, though. One just sold with an EAPG McKee bell for $16. The colored bells though seem to be pretty pricey, though.

iwouldnt depend on pricing anything on ebay...i saw that auction and the akro bells clapper clasp was missing plus if another person woulda seen the auction it could have achieved the 35$ or so value they demand ...the colored ones are better...akro made lotsa crystal items..ashtrays-- lamp parts..ashtrays for those rubber tires..all things glass, akro made...
