Drove a hour or so to hunt a beach right at daylight.... Saw one of those sand cleaning machines going back and forth. Figured nothing to find but decided to hunt anyway. Found some trash and a coin here or there but nothing of value. Then about an hour in my machine goes nuts and overloads. Scrape the sand back with my foot and see nothing. Took my Lesche and dug down about 6 inches and hit something. Slowly removed the sand thinking someone had once again buried a case of beer for me to find. Then I saw part of it :) a bunch of pennies that had been welded together by the salt water. Most likely a sack that had been blown out of a house during a hurricane.

Never think a place has nothing and never think that you will find nothing after all your only one swing away from an amazing discovery
