Had the family up for the long weekend. All the 4 young kids wanted to go fishing & detecting, so Uncle-Cru did Fishing on Saturday & Detecting today.
We decided to take them to the Sewage Site because they could walk there & we had permission for the odd guests.
We didn't do that well & only had 1 scrappy, 1 Medieval Leather Mount & a Roman Ring Bezel.
After they all left to go home, Cru'dad & I did 2 hrs 45mins on The Village Field & saved the weekend;
1 Scrappy
1 Livery Button
Medieval Lead Holy Water Holder (or some say Bird Feeder)
Mystery brass shaped bottle thingy
Pin to a 13th C Annular Brooch
Medieval Stud
17th C Knife Terminal
Bit of a Medieval Purse Bar
5 Hammered of Ed I

Very nice! Congrats!

Loving the selection of slightly scarcer mints you’re getting for the Eddie pennies. Bury st Edmunds this time, Bristol last time!

Yeap well spotted, those are going straight into the album once I've shown the farmer.
