Well let me just start by a little history here, I collect Montreal Royals baseball artefacts, Jackie Robinson among the Clemente's and the other stars that cam ever thru Montreal.

Received a photo from a gentleman, a bat covered in a knitted black piece to protect the object, THAT was the first picture I got. I was shocked to open the following picture to find an unusual Jackie Robinson bat.

Now we agreed to trade the bat for golf memorabilia, finally received the bat and now, The MORE i ask the more it seems to come out that this is a scarce artefacts....

Got contacted by the Louisville Slugger museum and factory and confirme the bat is genuine and used to produce Jackie Robinson's bat....what a cool story when you collect specifically that player...

Here's a few shot of the monster...

That is an exciting find. Old Baseball Collectibles are given big dollar valuations on "The Antique Roadshow". There was a video on youtube a couple of years ago about a visit to the "Louisville Slugger Museum". It is actually an interesting place.

Awesome piece of baseball history! :occasion14:

When I seen the total saying you found a Jackie Robinson find, I was thinking alright he most of found a Jackie Robinson rookie baseball card. lol.. That bat is a great find anyway.. :)

Tentais...i prefer the bat to a Robinson rc.....lots of them on eBay.....THAT bat is one of a kind
