Cold Early Morning Hunt

Got up at 4 am and had coffee,through some more logs into my wood/coal furriness,out the door at 4:45 AM 22 degrees dark.
It`s cool to just open the door and walk to one of 3 old sites within 20 minutes one is just across the road 2 minutes.
Walked about 1/2 mile headlamp on ... to a cabin site followed a porky pine for a while but passed the slower hunter.
Found a cut coin i think ? but looks and feels funny maybe lead can`t tell.
A Cortal bell in the field on the way in...dirt still inside...hope the ball is still in there...love to here them ring !
A flatten napkin holder i think ?
One piece Eagle button kinda bad shape
Lock plate cover and some crap.
Put a piece of Foam on the Lesche Ground Shark it got frosty but my hand stayed warm Kinda !
Deus for this hunt.
Find of the day i left the coffee on !

Fred i dislike the cold more every passing year...this hobby turned into a lifestyle long ago...if i can`t hunt i feel bad.

Nice digs gary. I woke up this mornign and almost took a sick day before i remembered how cold it was. Let me know if it will warm up enough for you to hunt at some point this weekend.

I haven`t looked at the weather this weekend ...but most of the corn and beans are out of the fields ...lots of places for you to try your luck.

Yeah I haven't had a chance to get out in like 2 weeks. I am steadily losing my mind haha. So I'll be certainly digging something somewhere this weekend
