hummmmm the first one IDK maybe natural but I have never found a abrader.
The 2nd one looks like a buffalo maybe. Show both sides of it if you will.
 
Interesting pieces the first one if I found it on a site.. I would think it was used for grinding bases of points. The second piece actually looks like it has two spoke shaves in it.

its definitely not a natural piece rock. It was dug from one of my shelter sites

I do not believe your item in the first photo is an arrow shaft abrader, it does not have consistent grove from one edge to the other. I may have been used to sharpen a stick to a point though.

I called it that due to the lack of knowing what else to call it and it was obviously used to grind down materials that were not to hard (bone shells and pottery) I have a couple similar to the one you posted. When the snow melts I will see if I can find them.

1st one :dontknow:looks like it was used for something , they second one a graver for sure I think, Nice finds:icon_thumleft:
