So my new driveway got installed 2 weeks ago, bummer that I wasn't home to supervise the project...naturally the workers tore my internet line to shreds.:BangHead:
So this morning, Centurylink stops by to do the final repair and reburied the line...dude digs out a trench along my side yard, about a foot deep. Naturally, I HAVE to scan the dirt piles, to my surprise, this little old girl says to me, "Dave, no place is ever hunted out!"
1920!:headbang:....back is too smooth to ID a mintmark.

Nice find! I got my AT Pro about three years ago and, of course, my yard was the first testing ground. My wife kept laughing at me saying that I wouldn't find anything because our home was just a couple years old at the time. On the far corner of the lot, I popped out an 1864 2 cent piece! Guess who got the last laugh!:laughing7:

Nice silver find, congratulations! :occasion14:

Love those dirt piles that haven't seen the light of day in ages!! Nice pick, Dave!!

Way to go BWD. Good thing you thought to check that trench line. I did the same thing in a park last weekend, where they ran some sort of line, but found nothing but clad.
