Found this about 7 inches down in A park called Depot Park. It is across the street from the railway station. The Great Northern Railway was completed in 1893 and in 1970 merged with four other railroads to become Burlington Northern. Northwestern Montana is not a place where buttons are found. Anyone have an idea the value?

Backmarks?

2/3 of the back is gone. The 1/3 that is left has no markings is just smooth brass.
