I have complete confidence in the true value of silver and other precious metals and absolutely no confidence in the value of the U.S dollar.....thanks mainly to the Federal Reserve policies of the past 100 years which have completely destroyed the value of the dollar. I know silver has sold off a lot since the highs of 2 1/2 yrs ago but the real risk is owning any U.S dollar dominated assets so I personally feel confident owning the precious metals I have.....I just wish I had more of them. Imo bit coins r just another form of fiat money because they have no intrinsic value. I think its a speculative pyramid game where those people that got in early r able to make some money but the last people owning them r likely going to be sorry and wishing they had bought something real like gold or silver instead.
It's just a matter of time b4 the rest of the world wakes up to reality and our creditors stop buying our bonds and pegging their currencies to the U.S dollar and allow the value of their own currencies to rise and stop sending us their goods that we can only pay for with worthless credit now. The Fed can't keep interest rates artificially low forever and when interest rates finally start to rise the bond market bubble will explode and the U.S. dollar will lose its status as the worlds reserve currency when the price of the dollar falls through the floor and the price of gold and silver explodes through the ceiling and even $50 oz silver will look like a low point on the charts when silver is in the triple digits.
The continued failed monetary and fiscal policies of this country and just a simple understanding of basic economics and sound money r all that I need to have complete confidence in the value of silver. I guess u could call me silver crazy....but IMHO for good reason.
H$H!
