I purchased this coin pendant and am wondering if anyone can correctly identify this please. It is very small, approximately 13.3-13.59mm in diameter and weighs ~2.6 grams with the bail. My uneducated guess is Greek, 150BC to 50BC? There is a letter H to at the bottom left of lyre. I have no idea of the value. The bail is attached with lead solder and could probably be removed with moderate ease.

My apologies for it being inappropriately positioned; not sure why it uploaded this way.

Thank you in advance for any information.
