Man, I wish I had more time. Spent about 4 hours at my hot spot again today, and pulled in a nice 1939 Mercury, two more wheat cents, and I was OH SO CLOSE on a gold band. The band turned out to be gold plated, but in the hole? It was G.O.L.D. looking up at me.
Also pulled up two more Cub/Boy Scout neckerchief slides. Without looking, that makes at least 8 I've pulled up from this property. The local Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts used to help clean up after carnivals, fairs and fireworks the day after, then camp out overnight. I was one of them, and tented as a cub scout numerous times.
Really digging EVERYTHING, as I don't want to chance missing something that's being masked here. There has GOT to be GOLD in the ground here, after all these silver targets I m pulling.
My friend also pulled up a 1945 Silver war time Nickel, and a 1964 Silver Roosevelt dime.
Here are my total Silver running count photo since June 13th.
