Another Buffalo and brooch/ button

After a stressful beach trip with my in laws I'm home and hit my site at work . Got another Buffalo, can't read the date and this very ornate brooch or button . I think it's lead or pewter? I've never seen one like this maybe a woman's dress. It's hot as hell out there everyone be safe.
