Got out at the same site today. Hunted the the same area where i found my 1st LC and out pops another. I believe its a 1851 though the coil is a little worn. Also dug up another Eagle button.

Very nice finds, what kind of detector do you use?

I use the tesoro tejon with the 10x12 coil. The coil is a deep seeker in the bad soil here in virginia.
