Yesterday was a fantastic day at the beach. I found my first platinum ring! At first I thought it was silver but the target ID sound was not very high. Then I looked at the hallmark and it has "Tiffany & Co. Pt 950." After I did some research, it was then I realized what I had found. 8-)
Throughout the day I found a few silver earrings, with one having "T & Co." stamped on the stem. What are the odds of that? I'm assuming it is Tiffany & Company as well. The one necklace is quite unique. It spells "SAM" one way and then flip it over and it spells "MAS." I'm sure I'll never know what the initials stand for but it's neat. I may even try to untangle the chain at some point too. And then to top it off, another ring popped out of the sand. It's only tungsten but a ring find is always welcomed in my book.

I think it says "SAM". Flipped over, it looks more like "MAG", and you kinda have to work at it to read it that way. I think "SAM" is the correct orientation. And it could be a name, not just initials. (Sam, short for Samuel, or Samantha.)

Yes I see what you're talking about. And it does have more of a flow of SAM reading it at a slight angle downwards which looks more pleasing to the eye than MAG. Appreciate it.

Excellent finds - congrats ! :icon_thumright:
