Another gold ring but oh so tiny

Went out in the heat far a little while and got the usual park stuff and this little bitty 10K turquoise ring. Weighs in at .5 gram with the little stone. But hey it's gold! According to the mark :)

Actually you can't beat gold no matter how small :icon_salut:

Way to go finding gold in Amarillo! I haven't found any myself yet, but maybe that's because it's so small that I have been passing it up in all those 'ghost holes' I seem to dig that have 'nothing' in them, hah. Do yo know many other detectorists in the area?"

We have a club here. www.amarillotreasure.com for info. We have about 100 members and over half are detectorists.

i too have had phantom holes! :o
