So we went back to the old park that has been giving up silver the last 4 times we went there.I had went back to an area that i wanted to check over a little more thorough and was using my 800 in park 1.Had dug about 10 or 15 targets when i got a very deep 31-32 repeater in all directions. I went down about 6inches and still didn’t see it yet so went down about another 3-4 inches and found this 1914D Barber quarter. She is slicked up a little but has a good date. She is my oldest American coin so far.I’m hoping to get into the 1800’s club before too long.My other finds were 2Rosies 1949 and 1953. All total count was 104 coins and 1 hospital parking token. That old park sure has been good to us so far. Thanks for looking and good hunting. That's pretty neat! I never find old silver in the park but I did get 3 large cents there last year. Surprised I never get silver coins all I get is rings. My goal for 2019 is to stay out of the parks unless I find one like you're hitting lol. I m going to stick to permissions n old places at that. We'll see how that goes. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Tommybuckets, the town we are hunting in has a lot of history in it so we tend to do well at the old schools and parks. Sometimes the people who live next to these areas let us come through their yard. Most aren’t very big and have lots of trash from all the years. We are working on some permissions closer to home so keep your fingers crossed. HH

Nice silver finds! Nice Barber. Congrats! :icon_thumleft:
