Another hunt with Vino, his pocketknife find

[treblehunter]

I was on the road again, hours of driving, (I had to pick up the skiff from the mechanic too) I really didn't find a whole lot, Buckle, looks old, piece of ornateness, Not quite sure what it is? George found a IH and a King George. Also he found this pocketknife and gave me homework to do.

On the knife it says-----"Central Trust Co. Camden NJ" "capital $100,000 Surplus $275000"
found this link so far to it. We were easy hour and fifteen minutes from Camden NJ.

Enjoy the pix, HH & GL

Cool finds!

[dirtlooter]

still cool finds and thanks for your help earlier

[jajayo]

Looks like a good day detecting. The ornateness item is a "picture rail hook". In the early days they would nail a wooden rail on the wall and then, with help of the rail hook they would place a picture any where they wanted.

You got out with the Master...what more could you want?
Looks like that little pocket knife did some traveling too.

I nickname you Modest Master, lol.

When I googled that bank in Camden it came up with some editions of a Camden newspaper, early 1900's. Very interesting read. I have often wanted to hunt in that town, just fear for my life. It's a shame, I know it would be a great place to find treasure.
