Another Whatsit with numbers

I found this in my yard some time back. I know it's not old as it appears to be chromed. On the inside of the back it says: Forged, Taiwan, LIFU, 12F8

Any thoughts as to what it is? The numbers, going clockwise are: 15E, 12, 14, 11, 15, 13, 14, and 10
