Hi all! Newbie here from Pennsylvania. I have an antique porcelain lamp with 2 figures (male & female) seated at a table having tea. Some of the French lace on her dress is chipped. How much is it devalued or worth, if anything please? I also just noticed she has a tiny chip at the very top of her head (about 2mm).

Welcome to Tnet.

There are a number of these available on fleaby, Etsy etc and variously described as French or Capo-di-Monte, with some claiming them to be Victorian. I doubt any of those attributions but, without a mark there's no easy way to attribute them. I would think no older than vintage and quite likely a post-War Japanese import in imitation of earlier styles.
This one being offered as "Vintage Victorian" (ie Victorian style) at $95:

That style switch and cord is fairly modern?

Yes, but often they're replacements for safety or compatibility reasons (and some auction houses won't sell electrical items that don't meet modern regulations, for legal reasons). Definitely not Victorian though, LOL.
