I have seen many of these during my time in dealing art and studying art.
Unfortunately In my opinion. Which is just an opinion. From what I can see this piece is exactly as stated above. A page from a manuscript.
without proof of what manuscript this comes from or who the artist is, it holds little value. Some similar sell on ebay for 8-20 dollars. the ones you saw on antiques roadshow are extremely rare anf historical. The subject is much different.
what you have, again, in my OPINION is the common "tourist" piece. I have seen ones similar to it.
