Maine--The Antlers was a pretty common name for taverns, cigar stores, and the like and the name was used independently all over the country. From the looks of yours, I'd say it was post-WWII, but who knows from where...

John...thanks for that, that time frame sounds about right, I thought it may have been a stretch for it being CW era. Kinda wish I was around when you could get a beer for a nickel...:)
