Any Bull Riders?

Many years ago I used to be friends with a guy who worked during the summer as a rodeo clown. I think that they may be crazier than the riders.

With bucking bulls they are now called "Bull fighters" and that's fitting. like you implied "I think that they may be crazier than the riders."
There is a barrel for the fighters to jump in but I've yet to see them use it.
They have saved a lot of bull riders by risking their own safety. Doing whatever to distract from the rider.

It's interesting to watch the difference in bulls when the rider is thrown or went the eight. Some called "Rank" will go after the rider (usually) or a bull fighter but the ones that are the best will just seemly shrug and go for the gate like saying "Hey, I did my job".
They all have different personalities.

Some make fun of mechanical bulls but they can also be hard to ride. My wife rode one and said what makes them difficult is you can't feel the mechanical bull's moves like a real animal. Hard to anticipate.
