Cannonballguy is extremely knowledgeable. He will ask for exact diameter (use calipers) and weight (a scale that weighs in tenths of a gram). After that he can determine if it is a cannon ball or something else.

Oh, and AARC Has some knowledge about balls too. (Cannonballs, that is.) heh. ::laughing7::laughing7:

He's right... Cannonballguy and some others have a vast knowledge of them. He's written a book on them I believe. Do your homework with the calipers and EXACT weight then post again with some good photo's.

And a good picture...
A location of recovery... or near...
And I will give you my "opinion" (heh) ...
