Any good places to hunt Indian artifacts in Iowa or Nebraska.

Well my summer is coming to a end for mding. Leaving for Afghanistan this summer so in July im taking 1 or two days to Md and do some Indian artifact hunting. So I need a good spot in IA or NE to do so but where....Thanks

I'm in Eastern Iowa and it looks like your in Western Iowa so I can't really help you on specific areas but I can tell you that I have always had good luck hunting rocky streams that drain bluffs next to major river systems. Seems to me that I remember there being some bluffs and a big river somewhere over that direction. Good luck and keep your head down.
