Any help with these unknown tools

Bought a box of tool yesterday (and a nice rifle) at an estate auction and can't figure out what these 2 tools are. Any help?




The red one says 2011 on it and has some symbol. The metal colored one has 0-5027 on it.

Found right after I posted this that the first one is an international harvester chain breaker.

Second one is possibly a micrometer

The second one is used to remove and replace rivets while putting new sickle sections into a sickle bar on combines, hay mowers, etc. I've done that many times.
