I am not sure what its made from, Ill have a better look at it. the back of it looks like it has a 2 on it.

I'm guessing it's carved from coral. Victorian era.

Zoom in on back side.. you can see the creases.... tis glass.... this happens when glass is pressed into a mold and not blown.
