✅ SOLVED Help Identify aclock maker

Hi and thank you in advance for any help you can share. My phone camera is on the fritz, so is not working. Cant use google lens. I have this what I think is art deco blue enamel tiny clock. With beveled glass. I cannot see any marking. It currently finds but does not run. Im thinking needs a deep cleaning and such. Hoping someone can shed a lityle light on it.

I keep getting error message when I use google lense. So cant use it.
