Any idea what this tag represents?

Found this tag today, cleaned up pretty good. On one side it has the #5 with CITY INN. S. P. and the other side appears the be the word chattanooga. Made of brass I think. Could be a luggage tag I geuss. Any Ideas? Thank You!

Yes, key fob I think. The clue is to find a Chattanooga with a former City Inn in it, or look for a city or place with S.P. (like San Pedro). But I think Chattanooga could be the place.
