The name is Pearl Tangley, and the token dates from 1905. Tangley was a mentalist performing around the turn of the last century. Actually, it was a role played by two different women. The first was an assistant to Norman Baker, a Vaudeville performer. She was later replaced by Baker's wife. Baker's show toured from 1904 until 1914. Classed as a "magician's token," it's a fairly scarce piece, rated R-8 (five to ten known). There was one on eBay a while back. I couldn't find the final price for it, but it drew a bid of $59.88 with time remaining.
