🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Any Ideas on the folded piece

Not sure what the heck this piece is however, I did find a some musket balls and a 1781 Real with it if that helps date it a little better, I appears to have a small piece of perhaps copper sticking out between the fold. It appears to have some sort of decoration on it and it appears to be lead.

The first picture is in focus-the other 2 are a tad fuzzy.

Yeah not the best picture, I did those with my phone and I will use my digital camera when I get home for better quality photos. It is pretty encrusted I will soak when I get home also. Thanks

Just took a few better photographs but still cant get it perfect. Hope this helps, also put the bullet I found close to it.

I'm thinking it is a bullet, but squashed with a hammer to a round, flat shape. I've found similar, and mine is the same weight as a .69 musket ball. You could weigh yours and see if it is similar to the bullet.
