Was dug from a old house yard today know idea at all,,, pretty strange,, maybe a upolstry tool?????

tileing tool? the hoe type thing to pry up and the nail looking thing to remove the tough corners?

Thats hand hammered, right? could the forked end be inserted into wood and it is a sowing tool? Did you find it in a field?

It looks like its copper. If so it wouldn't be strong enough to do any prying. I really don't know what it is though. Did you look really close for any markings?

Some type of foot pedal? No Piano but maybe something similar?

It was found in a yard of a old log house ,,, and I belive it is copper, It has green patina on it.

It has no markings on it that I can see.

I do think it is some type of tool, but not heavy duty, like prying because copper is too soft. With the slit in the top, it could have been used for some type of weaving; possibly rug related or even leather. Breezie
