ANY Idea's on what these berets are

Hello everybody..I found these the other day,one seems to be wool&the other felt of some sort.I would like to know what the emblems are,are they WW2?,etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! THANKS&HH ALL!!!
P.S. The one w/the blue&black emblem has a tassle on top...

The one with gold most likely belonged to a seargent. The other Im working on. I've seen it before but can remember what it was
