Any ideas what this may be? Found at a known Civil War Location.

I realize it is part of a soldier, notice the unique boots or socks and belt. Would be really cool if not broken but wanted to see if anyone on here knew or had any ideas. Thanks everyone.

Pretty sure it's not from 1800's.... Looks like a toy soldier depicting a WW1 soldier.. The cartridge belt, leg wrappings and coat are all indicative of the uniforms of that time frame. mho
