Hello Forum,

Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? The shape is very unique. Thanks for looking!

The rear side is concave, or groved.

I know, I know! (I think)...

Remember the old round grills with the tripod legs that always burned through after a few uses? I am pretty sure this is one of the three brackets around the edge that would hold the actual "grill" grate. The notches are the two adjustment levels for "temperature control". Imagine the photo above turned 90 degrees clockwise. I will look for a photo to support my guess...

Respectfully,

Batch

No weld marks, or bolt holes. Very sturdy. I think it's steel, and a heavier gauge. At first I thought bottle opener, then thought bike, or car part.
