Not a metal detector find but I did acquire it from a family members estate. Seems to be Italian but I am not sure?

I think it's an Italian service medal... shape (where the ribbon attaches)is extremely similar to others... still looking.

From about 1940ish. (The artwork is similar to this on Italian eBay. Sorry, my Italian is pretty much non-existant. Looks to be a Fascist party congress souvenir.
