The last one is a Kewpie doll. Sometimes given as prizes at carnival games of chance or skill.

The "nun" I believe is dressed as a Puritan. The style of the safety pin may be a clue. I don't get the sense that it is really old. Early to mid 20th C maybe...

Hard to say about age without markings. Typically, if they are marked, the markings are on the back or back of the head.

I understand that without markings it may be impossible. I can't find anything on either of those.
