Can anyone help ID these markings? I found this tray at our local thrift store today. Any idea of its age and who may have made it? I suspect it is at least silver plated. Its super heavy and big. I paid 7.99 for it so its not like i am out a lot of money if it turns out to be worthless. LOL i buy worthless lottery tickets every other month

Ok... after more hours than i care to admit, I found these symbols on a silver marking web site. These are the same symbols that i have on the tray. The site has them as unknown but possible American. I have also figured out that its a meat serving tray. Still looking to date it. Any help would be awesome.
Also note, the stamp on my tray is a mirror image of this picture.

i think those are faux marks that some manufactures would put on silver plate to mimic hallmarks.

Makes sense...Probably made in china filled with lead and sent to the states to poison me. :laughing7:
