Any teddy bear experts?

Picked this guy up at an estate sale this weekend. Any idea who the maker is - no Steiff button and I don't see a hole where the tag would have been.

It's jointed and has a growler....any help would be greatly appreciated

Without a tag it will be very hard to determine. a million companies copied the Steiff style. This one is not even close to steiff.

Thanks....any specifics as to why you say it's not even close to Steiff? The bear is of extremely high quality- just curious what you are seeing?

When you Squeeze it - does it feel like It's a straw stuffing ? The eyes look like glass , which is good .

Thanks Mojjax - it's actually very tough to squeeze as it is filled so tight
