Found this deep in the ground of an old farm location. Initially very rusty, but just seemed interesting and old. Electrolysis worked well.
If anyone would have any ideas, it would be you all on the site. Thanks for any advice!

Looks like an old tractor seat

Looks like a wheel height adjustment on a lawnmower wheel a hand adjusted part. The holes in the big part of the pie shape went over a dowel on the mower. IMO I have seen or used one at sometime in my 60 years.
