Very Kool MM, looks like a for real, piece of local history you've unearthed there, my friend. How Kool is it that you emailed buddy about his property? 8) It'll be interesting to hear what the university has to say about your generous offer too. We're pullin' for ya up here in Kanuksville tonight dude!

By the way, this was a great post to start, hopefully we will see just how many folks in here like TT's. Slick move, again, ModernMinerMan! 8)
Hey Monty, did you have one of these units too? Looks like ya coulda loaded some of those kool ol' marbles you had then, in the back there?

It looks like a Willys "Jeepster" that came out in the 1950s. You had your choice of a hardshell body or a ragtop. Lady across the street use to have one in about 1956, I think.

MontanaJim, holy moly, great links there friend!

Your right too, pretty tough to beat Google at lookin' up the Kool stuff! I've bookmarked them so I can check them out later, when I deke out of here for a bit. Much appreciated dude.
Oh Michelle, ma belle, when I saw your first post in here, I cracked up!

Then when I saw your second one, I realized you had been serious and I felt sad that you had actually lost one like that when you were young. Sorry!

Wow! 8) A girl that liked TT jeeps way back then even, while many of her friends were playin' house! The clock spins ahead a few years, and suddenly you are Now, into THE Best Hobby in the world! You Rock Girl! 8)
Hey there Diggummup,

Thanx for the offer to help ID some other TT's with your appearantly, bang on Tootsie Book, there Mr. 8) I'm going to see if I can round up a couple of the little, albeit, newer models of TT's, that I have around here, so you can maybe look them up and stuff. Thx again buddy!
Silverswede, where'd ya score that little beauty man?

8) Is there maybe a story to go with it too, perchance? Don't be shy, we Tootsie lovers, Love details!
Like I said before folks, there's more to MD'ing than just finding battery money! Way more! MM's post here has made us all want to contribute too, just because of some poor ol' toy that was lost many years ago, and brought back to life here, for us all to enjoy. 8)
Man, I LOVE MD'ing!
