Anybody on the Gulfcoast now of any stores that carry the spring/button clips?

Tried West Marine, Ace Hardware, Pinch a Penny, and Home Depot.
Amazing how many of the workers there have "NO idea" what they are, until they see one.

They are the same clips that hold pool brushes on the end of aluminum handles. The plastic clips will work in place of metal ones. Both Home Depot and Lowe's have them in the pool equipment section. Better pool supply houses may have the metal ones.
