Anyone good at translating old writing

I know some of you seen this but
Wanted to see if someone could translate this
I looked up a few old alphabets Hebrew and Greek and others suggested in other post but not finding anything similar to figure out whole thing

No clue what it says but the alphabet is cyrillic, and the accents make it look possibly Serb / Byzantine
