I spoke to Dell earlier today. His spirits are good, his conditions are dire. The hurricane took part of his roof and water was leaking into his living room. He can only stand up for a few minutes at a time. His van needs a fan belt so he can get to town to get food. He needs money for food. He needs money for the meds he believes are keeping him alive.
