That's not Latin. Not sure what it is but I feel like it's polish or Hungarian.

Our Lady of Czestochowa religious pendant. She is known as the queen and protector of Poland or the black Madonna. The side that portrays the older Jesus translates to ,"Sweetest (or Sacred) Heart of Jesus Have Mercy On Us." Age is a little hard to determine unless you can find a makers mark on it. I'd say anywhere from the 1920's on up.
