uncircumcised is NOT in reference to the Dansco album, its to "to gem." clearly they meant to put UNCIRCULATED to GEM BU

Yeah, I know and that is a bummer and the reason for so many Titles that are hard to understand, have many typos in them or just seem outright dumb! Maybe a Moderator can correct the Title, that is, if they do not decide to delete the Thread all together.
