Anyone Recognize These Symbols? Solved

Found this last night at the old house site Burdie and Monty went with us to last weekend. Any ideas as to what it is? Wife thinks maybe a lid from a compact.

need to be placed in correct "orientation " to aid in Iding it --the dinged part needs to be on the left side with the bent part running from top to bottom -- its has the letters "Co" on it (short for company) they should be lined up so those letters are on the right hand side --

I'm seeing E P Co. Strange thing is all the letters DON'T connect except for the "E" bottom crossbar and the "P" upright.

The brass works on these clocks are marked E P & Co.

Here you go, Stoney!

It's the embossed aluminum lid of a c. 1920's Pond's cold cream jar.

The initials of the logo are "P. E. Co.," for Pond's Extract Company.
