Depending on the paint and so on, looks arts and crafts
need to see more pictures, , very important to see the bottom and other sides
May have nice patina, based on the single pic

There is a reason picked this up........ I said to myself I don't see a woman using a hand painted man holding a fish to decorate her home....so this must be to something else....... My guess is this is to some kind of model maybe a train set
